This wonderful, 4500 sq.ft. home offers four bedrooms, large separate family room (5th bedroom), loft and five and 1/2 baths. You can ski-in and ski-out from the private Guggenheim ski access trail which is directly alongside the home (recommended for intermediate skiers). For beginner skiers, the Adams Avenue ski run is just a short easy walk (175 yards) to the end of the street. Relax and enjoy the fantastic mountain views, wonderful wooded setting and 2 Outdoor Hot Tubs!

The dramatic living room is accented by huge log beams, vaulted ceilings, a marble walled, wood-burning fireplace, wet bar, ample comfortable seating and features a large flat screen TV and wonderful sound system and Ipod dock.

Another focal point is an oversized round dining room table that adjoins the large gourmet kitchen featuring granite counters, Sub-Zero refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, double ovens, large center island and stainless prep table.

Sleeping for 12 is accomplished with the following bedding: 1st floor Master suite with king size bed, 2nd master (top floor)with king bed, 3rd bedroom with king bed, 4th bedroom with two twin beds, large family room with a king murphy bed (this sleeping area can be screened off for privacy as a 5th bedroom), and a small loft with a queen size sleeper sofa.

All bedrooms and the family room have their own private bathrooms and all rooms have TV's w/DVD & VCR. The main level grand master suite has gas fireplace; large flat screen TV; steam shower; Jacuzzi jetted bathtub AND a private outdoor hot tub. The large-2 story-family room also has a gas fireplace and another outdoor spa to seat 10. This home is multi-leveled with elevator access to the first floor.

There are two laundry areas and a heated 2-car garage. Also, the home is equipped with High-Speed Internet (including Wi-Fi) and a dedicated Fax Line! There is a private office that may be available upon request.
